Snuggle up — shipping’s on us! The Knotty Pillow delivers comfort straight to your door with complimentary shipping on eligible orders.
Please review the information below for details on how we process, ship, and deliver your order.
1. Order Processing & Shipping Time
All orders are processed after payment has been successfully confirmed through our website checkout.
Processing time is typically 2–3 business days. Processing includes payment verification, order preparation, and fulfillment coordination.
Orders may be shipped directly by The Knotty Pillow or fulfilled through trusted third-party suppliers, depending on the product.
After processing, orders generally arrive within 14–20 business days. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
2. Fulfillment & Tracking
Depending on the item purchased, orders may be shipped directly by The Knotty Pillow or through third-party fulfillment partners.
Items shipped by The Knotty Pillow may include tracking information when available.
Items fulfilled by third-party suppliers may have limited or unavailable tracking.
If tracking information is provided, it will be sent to the email address associated with your order. Tracking availability is not guaranteed.

3. Gift Cards
Digital gift cards are delivered electronically to the recipient’s email address immediately after successful payment processing. No physical shipping is required.
4. Shipping Delays
Shipping delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including carrier issues, customs processing, supplier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.
The Knotty Pillow is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or suppliers, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist with tracking or delivery inquiries when possible.
5. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, you must contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date or receipt of the item.
Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for review.
Resolution of lost or damaged orders is subject to carrier and supplier review and must comply with our Refund & Return Policy.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout. The Knotty Pillow is not responsible for delays, losses, or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
7. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting and apply to all orders placed thereafter.
