We’re committed to getting your order to you with care and attention. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process:

1. Order Processing & Shipping Time
Once your payment is confirmed, please allow 2–3 business days for order processing. This includes payment verification, preparing and packaging your items, and getting everything ready to ship.
After processing, your order will ship out and typically arrives within 14–20 business days.

2. Order Tracking
We ship from multiple fulfillment centers, so tracking may not always be available. Rest assured—your order is on its way and is backed by our delivery guarantee.

3. Shipping Delays
Sometimes things happen that are out of our control—like weather or carrier delays. If your order takes a little longer than expected, we appreciate your patience.

4. Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out within 3 days of the expected delivery date so we can help.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We can’t guarantee delivery for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
